Did you meet your mate on the Net?..Did everyone tell you it couldn't be done?..If you met your soulmate on the Net and have a real life marriage, engagement or are living together (you have to have met in RL please)..some sort of a commitment to that person in real life, not strictly cyber, then you are eligible to join this webring..
There are only a few qualifications to join..Your site must mention your online mate and how you met..Other content of the site does not matter except it must be a family friendly site..This specifically means no dating services, no adults only sites, no questionable language..I know I shouldn't have to explain this but you wouldn't believe some of the sites that apply to join! I do look at every site that applies to join, if I don't like what I see, I drop it from the queue.
This is NOT a lonely hearts club for people wishing to meet people! This is a ring for people who have already met!! And yes you do have to have a website to join!
First, you must fill out the submittal form found below, this will enter you into the queue..This is a good thing, all it means is that your site will be checked to see if meets the criteria and if the ring is present on a page in your site (More on this in a minute)..If your site checks out you will be moved into the active ring..
Second, you must enter the html fragment which will be emailed to you onto a page on your site.. *IMPORTANT* You CAN NOT be added to the ring until the ring HTML is on your page!
Third is the easiest..wait to be added to the ring..if for some reason there is a problem adding your site I will email you so we can get it done..OK?
Now, I think that's about everything..if I have explained badly or you need any help..please feel free to email me at the address listed below..Occasionally it seems the webring server fails to send out the HTML code..if this happens to you please let me know and I will mail it directly to you.
Please copy down the HTML fragment as found on the email you will be sent and add it to your site..*IMPORTANT* Your site cannot be added to the ring until the webring html fragment is added by you to your site..
